Once you are registered, you can edit your personal details at any time from the My Account section on the Roche Bros.' website. Simply click on "My Account". From there you will be able to change your password, store or edit your payment details, edit your delivery address, change your email address.

At this time you cannot place Catering orders online but you can view the Catering Menu at www.rochebros.com. When you would like to place an order please call or visit your local Roche Bros. or Sudbury Farms location.
Online specials will be noted on our site so that you can take advantage of all sale items. Our weekly online specials run from Friday through Thursday midnight, so you will be charged the price in effect at the time of delivery, regardless of the day the order was placed. You can also view our weekly flyer at www.rochebros.com.
Item specific notes can be added while shopping by clicking on the “Add An Item Note” button in the shopping cart.
To store or update your payment details, simply go to My Account. Click on "Credit Cards": You can make all your changes from there. If you are editing a stored card, you will not be able to view the full card number, for added security.

Simply use the search engine located on the top left of the site.. In the blank box provided type in a keyword eg the name or the type of product you are trying to locate such as "Pizza" or "Actimel", then click on "search".
Click on the left-hand side checkbox beside the products you would like to remove, then click on the "Remove" icon. This will automatically remove these items from your cart.
Click on the "choose weight" button. You can select the product by weight or by units ("each").
If you select product by weight, simply enter in the weight. If you choose "each" and enter a quantity of 1 then you will be provided with a serving for 1 adult person as recommended by our in-store nutritionist, or in the case of loose fruit & vegetables you will be provided with 1 (eg 1 apple).
*Note; chosing the unit option will automatically default the price to zero, the correct price will be added to your bill at the time of picking instore.
To the right of the product description there is a star which is the symbol for "Favorites". Clicking on the star will either add it to your favorites or remove it, depending on it's current status.
Click on the "Delivery Times" tab on the Roche Bros. website. You will see a calendar with the delivery availability for the forthcoming weeks. Available delivery times are indicated in green. Delivery times with limited availability are stated in orange.
You can change or cancel an order as long as the order hasn't been dispatched.
By using the "Active Order" function, you can make changes/cancel/change delivery day & time to your order up to 8 hours prior to delivery.
