Delivery Cost

The online cost for shopping and delivering an order is $9.95 for all deliveries.
Cancelled orders within four hours of actual delivery period will incur a penalty of the cost of delivery ($9.95). These fees will be charged to your credit card on file.

What can I pay with?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

What if a product I order is not in stock?

Our substitution policy is first to give you the same brand item in another size. If that is not possible, we then give you the same size in a comparable brand. You will be charged the lesser price of the two items. If you would prefer us to substitute only within the brand or size ordered, please tell us in the “Add an Item Note” box. Otherwise, you have the option of checking “Do not Substitute” for each item. In the rare instance that more than three items are out of stock, we will contact you.

Adding Notes or Special Instructions

You can give your Personal Shopper special instructions by simply clicking the details button on any item in your shopping cart and then clicking the “Add an Item Note” button.
